Contact Information: We collect name, address, telephone number, email address and other contact information in order to enable communication between parties.

Account Information: We collect name & email address and telephone number in order to create log-in details for users and will keep such details and other account related information required to offer Site services and maintain our Site in operating condition. Account-based information includes your account settings, data associated with your use of our services and other aggregated data associated with performance metrics.

Information that you may choose to provide in order to avail services such as the provision of identity information such as ID proofs etc will be used to create your digital identity and credentials. It will not be shared to any third party and will remain solely under your control. This information is stored in a hash format and is not accessible to Wipro nor to your organization administrators. Here, the user has the right control their own information, hence self-sovereignty. DICE uses VC (verifiable credential), a scheme that enables privacy-ensured identity verification. it is possible to verify identity while maintaining anonymity. Troubleshooting and Support: We may collect data about you and the issues you run into, including by way of oral, written or electronic communication. This would include data about the incident, errors encountered and other details as you may provide in order to help with resolution of the matter such as your current device configuration and connectivity status.

Automatically Collected Information: We may gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp. Wipro does not link the information gathered automatically to personal information you submit while using the Site except as necessary to perform web site security, service functionality and usage analytics. Wipro does not place any third-party advertising tracking cookies on your computer/device during your use of the Services.

Data Transfer: DICE ID uses blockchain technology to store information so that no personal data associated with a credential is stored on the blockchain. Information stored on the blockchain is only in hashed bit form and cannot be associated with your personal information without your approval. Information that we collect in terms of contact information and to manage our relationship with individuals, organizations, and third parties may be transferred to and accessed by our Wipro group companies and our service providers and hence transferred globally to countries in which we operate. You acknowledge that using our Service means your information may be transferred to countries outside the location it was collected in.
VI. SECURITY
The security and privacy of your information is at the forefront of our minds. We put in safeguards to keep your data protected and secured to prevent loss and /or misuse. We do not directly store any personal data on the blockchain as our services rely on hash functions and only stores the hash data on the blockchain network. Your personal data provided for the purpose of creating a credential remains stored and protected in your mobile wallet where you have full control of your own data.

Please note however that you are also responsible for protecting your own information and maintaining security of the devices used to access our services.
VII.DATA RETENTION
Your personal data will be retained by Wipro only for the period necessary to fulfil the stated purpose(s) unless a longer retention requirement is necessary under law, or subject to situations where it is necessary to keep the data in order to redress complaints. Since your data is required for us to provide services, we typically retain your data till you stop using the services or you delete your account. In some cases, your organization administrators may request us to hold data for a particular timeframe. Only the issuer and verifier have the ability to grant and revoke access to identity holder. VIII. YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM
Under applicable data protection law, depending on the country you reside in, you have a number of rights with regard to your personal data.
